Our Bakery

We have had our shop in Plaza building for over 20 years now. We opened our doors in April of 1983. It all started in college when we used to bake all the time and every hungry college student would eat everything we had to offer. Originally we just thought they had no money for anything better but then people wanted us to make more to bring to friends, teachers, or even parties (the Rum Cake) and we started making a little side cash.

As the years progressed, and we were finishing school, we thought we would love to cook and what better way to put those Business Degrees to work than to open up our own shop. We bribed some investors with some free pastries and told them they couldn't get anymore unless they funded our bakery. Since we add addictive chemicals to our pastries, they were hooked and we were able to open our shop.

Since then we have served over 20,000 pastries over the years, and hope to reach 100,000 by 2010 since the internet has allowed us to reach more customers through delivery. We love what we do and couldn't be happier spending each day baking and feeding people some delicious pastries and hope our shop lasts another 20 years.
